World Mission Month October

When we gather in church this weekend, it is to thank God, to celebrate his love in Word and Sacrament. This weekend is Mission Sunday. This year, the World Mission Month in October focuses on Lebanon. The Pontifical Mission Works supports the work of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd in the capital Beirut, who teach Syrian refugee children in their social center.
