PCI H. Nicholas
TheParochial Charity Institution (PCI) of Saint Nicholas is a Roman Catholic Charity institution. It used to be called poor relief. She is active in Amsterdam Center and affiliated with the H. Nicolaas parish.
Accounting and accountability PCI 2015
The assets of the PCI are managed by its own board, composed of members of the various inner-city churches, and the proceeds are used for diaconal support and projects of these churches.
The Parochial Charity Institution of Saint Nicholas is active in 4 areas:
– Supporting diaconal projects with knowledge and manpower
– Coordination of projects requesting assistance and coordination of activities
– Emergency aid to parishioners of the 5 churches belonging to the parish
– Financial support for diaconal projects
