Baptism of children

You would like to have your child baptised in the Krijtberg? Here’s the checklist:

1. You live in the center of Amsterdam (postal codes 1011-1018).
2. You live outside the center but are a regular participant in our weekend Masses.
3. You solemnly promise to raise your child in the Catholic faith.
4. At least one godparent is minimally 16 years old, baptised and confirmed as a Catholic, and has done his/her First Communion.
5. In the Krijtberg we do not baptize on Sundays or Saturdays after 4 p.m.

There is no charge for baptism. However, a donation for the maintenance of the church and for our pastoral work is greatly appreciated.
